Each capsule combines organic turmeric powder PLUS high-potency turmeric extract (95% curcumin – the active ingredient) with ginger root extract (5% gingerols), cayenne extract (100au capsaicin), piperine (black pepper) extract, zinc citrate and vitamin B6.
